before and after work outs!
- Make sure to always warm up and stretch before exercising. It doesn’t have to be extreme, Blogilates even has a video for it! Just make sure you get all your muscles stretched and warmed up. Warming up could be going for a little jog, or even just doing jumping jacks!
- Always make sure to stretch even more AFTER exercising!!
- If you’re sore the next day, do a light warm up, and STRETCH....

lifeisfullofonedirection asked: I did the CMM Squats yesterday and I felt ok but today MY LEGS HAVE BEEN KILLING ME. I can't even do the squats again 'cause it hurts my inner and outer thigh muscles. Did this happen to you too or am I just really unfit lol?

life sucks when no one in real life understands the importance of the 23rd of july and they all look at you weirdly as you jump on a cloud and ascend into heaven because they’re like “it’s just a boyband” but they’ll never understand so you cry because that’s another year wasted of continuous fangirling and stalking.
